Who is responsible for your information?
Rate That OnlyFans (“RTOF”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and is responsible for the personal information described in this notice.
For privacy requests or questions, email admin@ratethatonlyfans.com.
Information we handle
- Account details: your name, email address, account credentials, and account/session records when you register or sign in.
- Reviews and ratings: the name you provide, review text, rating, creator profile, and a shortened hash derived from your IP address. We use the hash to help prevent repeated ratings and abuse. Reviews are displayed publicly; ratings contribute to public aggregate scores.
- Photo matching: when you request a match, face analysis runs in your browser. The browser sends a facial feature vector and derived photo/face fingerprints to our service to compare against the creator catalogue and return similarity results. This is biometric matching and may be treated as special-category biometric information where the law applies.
- Uploaded photos and match history: the match request can include a compressed photo. For signed-in users, the current site saves that photo in private storage and associates it with the account’s match history. Signed-out uploads are not saved to account-linked photo storage. Match history can include the search time, candidate profiles, similarity scores, unlock state, fingerprints, and the source image URL when one was used.
- Purchases: purchase pack, amount, currency, status, timestamps, and payment-provider references. Stripe handles checkout and payment-card details; we do not receive or store your full card number.
- Technical and security information: request and device information processed by our hosting and security providers. Account session records may include IP address and browser user-agent information.
- Creator catalogue information: profile names, handles, images, social links, and other information collected from public creator profiles or supplied by administrators. The catalogue also contains face-matching data used by the matching feature.
How we use information
- To provide accounts, creator pages, reviews, match results, match history, and Match Key purchases.
- To prevent abuse, protect the service, keep ratings reliable, and investigate payment or security issues.
- To maintain transaction records and meet legal obligations.
- To respond to privacy, support, and account requests.
Photo matching is automated and returns a similarity ranking. It can return incorrect results and is not identity verification. It does not make legal or similarly significant decisions about you. Do not use it to make decisions about someone, harass them, or infer sensitive facts about them.
Photo matching and saved photos
Face detection and feature extraction happen in your browser. A match request sends the resulting feature vector and fingerprints to our service. The current site also saves a compressed copy of a signed-in user’s uploaded photo in private storage so it can appear in Match history. The photo is not shown publicly.
Saved match photos and match history do not currently have an automatic expiry period. They remain in storage until removed by the site operator. To request deletion or access to your information, contact us at admin@ratethatonlyfans.com from the email associated with your account. We may retain limited transaction or security records where required by law or needed to resolve disputes.
Only submit a photo if you have the right and authority to use it. In particular, get permission from the person shown before submitting their face for matching.
Cookies and browser storage
We use authentication and security cookies to keep accounts signed in and protect admin access. The site also uses browser storage for small functional preferences, temporary match/unlock state, and anonymous product analytics (Mixpanel), which uses local storage rather than cookies. Our application does not currently use advertising cookies.
Cloudflare may process technical information and use security technologies to deliver and protect the site. Google Fonts and external image or profile providers may receive a request from your browser when their resources are loaded. Those providers handle information under their own privacy notices.
Who we share information with
We use Cloudflare to host the site, database, and private photo storage, Stripe to provide checkout and process payments, and Mixpanel to process anonymous usage analytics that help us improve the product. These providers process information needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service or people, or to handle a dispute.
Some providers may process information in countries outside your own. Their own privacy notices explain their processing and any safeguards they use for international transfers.
We do not sell personal information or share it with advertising networks.
Retention
We keep account information while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward where needed for security or legal obligations. Sessions expire after 30 days. Match history and saved match photos currently have no automatic deletion schedule. Reviews, ratings, and transaction records are kept for as long as needed to operate the directory, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Hosting providers may retain technical logs under their own policies.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. To make a request, email admin@ratethatonlyfans.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before responding.
If you are in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. You may contact the data-protection regulator where you live.
Updates to this notice
We may update this notice as the service changes. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was most recently revised. If a change materially affects how we use information, we will provide an appropriate notice on the site.
