1. Who may use the site
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if it is higher, to use this site. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that accessing adult-oriented material is lawful where you are.
2. The service
RTOF provides a creator directory, community reviews and ratings, account features, and an experimental photo-matching service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops.
Photo-match results are estimates based on image similarity. They can be wrong and are not proof of identity, relationship, consent, or account ownership. Do not use results to identify, target, stalk, threaten, or make decisions about a person.
3. Accounts
Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.
4. Reviews and other submissions
You are responsible for content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. Reviews must be based on your genuine experience and must not be unlawful, defamatory, threatening, deceptive, or infringe another person’s rights.
Do not upload or submit images involving anyone under 18, non-consensual intimate imagery, or material you are not authorized to use. Do not submit another person’s face for matching unless you have their permission.
Reviews and ratings may be displayed publicly. By submitting content, you give RTOF a non-exclusive permission to store, process, and display it as needed to operate and maintain the service. You keep ownership of your content. We may remove content or restrict access where we reasonably believe it breaks these terms or the law.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to break the law, violate someone’s privacy, harass or threaten anyone, circumvent access controls or Match Key requirements, interfere with the site, scrape it at scale, or upload malware. Do not use the matching feature as a substitute for identity checks or for decisions about employment, housing, credit, safety, or other consequential matters.
6. Match Keys and payments
Match Keys are digital credits used for eligible match unlocks. Pack size, price, and other purchase details are shown before checkout. Keys are linked to the purchasing account and are not transferable. They are deducted when an eligible unlock is completed; account pages show your available balance and purchase history.
Checkout is provided by Stripe. Payment details are subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy notice. Nothing in these terms limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Directory content and third-party services
Creator information may come from public profiles, linked platforms, community submissions, and site administrators. We do not control third-party platforms or guarantee that their pages, images, statistics, or links are complete or current. Visiting an external site is at your own discretion and is governed by that site’s terms.
The site, its software, design, and original materials belong to RTOF or its licensors. You may use the site for personal, lawful browsing; these terms do not grant a right to republish or commercially exploit the directory or its contents.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that directory information and match results are error-free. To the extent permitted by law, RTOF is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
9. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms when the service changes. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law. Questions about these terms can be sent to admin@ratethatonlyfans.com.
